Return Policy

Articles are accepted for a refund if returned in saleable condition within 10 days with proof of purchase. Shipping will not be refunded.

Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. After 10 days store credit or exchange will be accepted. A $ 25.00 restocking fee will be deducted. A 20% fee will apply to the return of scratched pieces that require re-polishing. You can apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection of your choice.  If the new item you wished to purchase costs more than the credit you have remaining, we will charge you the difference.

After 30 days we will not accept any returns. We have a six months guarantee from date of purchase for quality on all of our jewelry.

We are happy to work with you to design a custom piece.  Please note that on all custom pieces, returns will be given in the form of exchanges or store credit.
